黄菲菲，中共党员，华南师范大学心理学博士，校聘副教授。兼任中国公司产品教育统计与测量分会副秘书长，广东省心理学会监事。

主要从事心理、教育统计与测量学理论和实践等方面的研究，承担教育部考试院“十四五”规划支撑课题1项，作为主要成员参与1项广东省普通高校特色创新类项目（哲学社会科学），1项广东省青少年研究共建课题项目，2项教育部教育考试院委托横向项目，1项广东省教育考试院委托横向项目，1项广州市教育研究院委托横向项目。

近几年以一作和合作者身份在《Current Psychology》、《Journal of Educational Measurement》、《心理学报》等国内外核心期刊发表学术论文21篇，国内外会议论文收录3篇，其中SSCI 10篇，CSSCI 7篇。部分论文如下：
